Zoe and Jane invite you to their Spring Yoga & Meditation Day Retreat at The Retreat New Forest.
We would love for you to join us for the perfect balance of Vinyasa Flow, Zen Yoga, Candlelight Nidra Yoga and nourishing vegan food.
The Retreat New Forest is set in the heart of the New Forest.
With deep insights, a revitalised sense of purpose and wellbeing. Tune into your higher self, drop into a tranquil space, it’s all about taking time out for you to rejuvenate and restore. A space that is welcoming and nourishing for all. A Retreat from the hectic pace of life, set in this idyllic space.
Our morning will start with an immune and detox drink.
Pranayama and Meditation into Vinyasa Flow Yoga.
Followed by a delicious vegan lunch courtesy of Wylde Green Kitchen.
After lunch there will be time to explore the New Forest with beautiful walks in this idyllic setting surrounded by nature, it is truly magical!
The afternoon session will be Zen Yoga, which is predominately floor based dynamic yet accessible system of yoga that works in conjunction with meridian healing system of the body linking the Pranic energy lines to organs. Fascinating and powerful.
Followed by Candlelight Yoga Nidra, known as yogic sleep, is a meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.
All level Beginners welcome too!
10.00- 10.15 Arrival and welcome immune and detox drink.
10.15 – 12.30 Pranayama, Mediation into vinyasa Flow Yoga.
12.30 – 14.00Lunch and time to explore the New Forest
14.00 – 15.30 Zen Yoga
15.45-16.30 Yoga Nidra.
Vegan treat to take home.
All food and drinks will be vegan.
