A gentle stretch class using yoga props to move energy around the body , detoxifying and stimulating, increasing vitality and health.
Particular focus given to heart /lungs / large and small intestine meridians.
Floor based Zen yoga with focus on energising, rejuvenating and strengthening
including the 5 Tibetan rites
Yoga nidra, is a powerful meditation technique in which you learn to relax consciously. It is the systematic method of inducing complete physical , mental and emotional relaxation. During the practice of yoga nidra , one appears to be asleep, but the consciousness is functioning at a deeper level of awareness. For this reason yoga nidra is often referred to as psychic sleep or deep relaxation with inner awareness.
The practice is always done lying down comfortably on a mat with a pillow and blanket.
Face yoga is a natural way of looking and feeling younger and healthier with an added sense of relaxation and wellbeing. It is a combination of face exercises, face massage and relaxation. The correct exercises can strengthen muscles attached to the skin , improve lymph flow and the production of collagen and elastin and relax tension in the face .
Face yoga is fun , simple and effective.
