Thank you for choosing to join a Zenspace Yoga retreat.
Our aim is to provide a safe, welcoming and relaxing experience for everyone. These Booking Terms & Conditions explain your responsibilities and ours before your retreat begins.
Please read them carefully before booking. By making a booking with Zenspace Yoga, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Booking Terms & Conditions.
Summary

• The remaining balance must be paid by the date stated at the time of booking.
• All payments are non-refundable.
• Comprehensive travel insurance is required for all overseas retreats.
• Retreat schedules, teachers, accommodation and activities may occasionally change where necessary.
• By booking, you confirm that you are fit to participate and agree to practise responsibly within your own limits.
Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on a Zenspace Yoga retreat. Your booking is confirmed once your deposit has been received.
The remaining balance must be be paid in full by the date stated at the time of booking. If the balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain your deposit.
Cancellation by You
Due to the limited number of retreat spaces and the advance commitments made to venues and suppliers, all payments are non-refundable.
If you cancel your booking, we will always do our best to refill your place. If we are able to do so, any refund or credit offered will be entirely at the discretion of Zenspace Yoga and will be subject to any administration costs and unrecoverable expenses already incurred.
Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all overseas retreats.
Your policy should include cover for:
• Trip cancellation or curtailment
• Medical expenses
• Emergency assistance
• Travel delays or disruption
• Personal belongings
We strongly recommend arranging travel insurance at the time of booking.
Zenspace Yoga cannot accept responsibility for any costs arising from illness, injury, flight cancellations, travel delays, weather events or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Any such losses should be claimed through your travel insurance provider.
Passports & Travel Requirements
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport, any required visas, health documentation and any other travel requirements for the destination.
Zenspace Yoga cannot accept responsibility if you are unable to travel due to incorrect or incomplete travel documentation.
Health & Personal Responsibility
Yoga and retreat activities are undertaken entirely at your own choice and responsibility.
By attending the retreat, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate. You agree to practise within your own abilities and to inform us before booking of any medical conditions, injuries or health concerns that may affect your participation.
We reserve the right to advise against participation in any activity if we believe it may pose a risk to your health or the safety of others.
Retreat Changes
Every effort will be made to deliver the retreat as advertised. However, we reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the programme, teachers, accommodation, venues or activities where necessary.
Should circumstances beyond our reasonable control affect the retreat, including severe weather, natural disasters, transport disruption, government restrictions or venue issues, we will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative where possible. Refunds may not always be possible in these circumstances.
Cancellation by Zenspace Yoga
In the unlikely event that Zenspace Yoga has to cancel a retreat, participants will be offered either:
• A transfer to a future retreat, or
• A refund of monies paid, less any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.
Zenspace Yoga cannot accept responsibility for additional expenses such as flights, travel insurance, visas or other travel-related costs.
Liability
Participants are responsible for their own belongings, personal wellbeing and travel arrangements throughout the retreat.
Zenspace Yoga accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, damage, injury or illness except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Photography
Photographs or videos may occasionally be taken during retreats for promotional purposes, including social media and future marketing.
If you would prefer not to appear in photographs or videos, please let us know before the retreat begins.
Acceptance of Terms
By making a booking with Zenspace Yoga, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Booking Terms & Conditions.

REFUNDS AND ADDITIONAL INFO
By paying the non-refundable deposit, when booking a place on our holidays you agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions, including the details of the holiday which are set out on our webpages for the relevant holiday at www.yogawithzoe.com and www
