This is a gentle and fun introduction into aerial yoga suitable for beginners or the more practised yogi . Learn how to safely use the hammock to stretch , strengthen and find space in the body . Working at your own pace safety and securely in a nurturing environment in the beautiful converted barn at Launceston Farm .

We will finish our session with a relaxed suspended meditation in the hammocks .

Then treat ourselves with herbal tea and healthy cake .
