Yoga Workshop for Hips and Splits
at Launceston Farm
Sunday 4th September 2pm to 5 pm
If you would like to do a split but don’t know where to start, or you want to work on your hip mobility and see tangible results, this fun and informative workshop is for you .
We will work on hip mobility through targeted hip opening exercises and yoga postures to help improve the blood flow around the groin area, decreasing back pain and increasing overall range of motion.
We will transition into a relaxing yin session focussing on hips to optimise our practice and then end with a deeply healing guided meditation .
This workshop is suitable for beginners or the more regular practitioner of yoga .
All equipment will be provide but you are welcome to bring your own yoga mat .
Please bring a small pillow and blanket for the meditation.
Refreshments will be provided.
There is the option to enjoy a nutritious and plentiful plant based lunch beforehand at 12.30pm.
