Arrival: from 12 pm on 31st Dec 2021.

Introductory & Orientation Meeting at 12.30pm

Departure: 4 pm on 2nd Jan 2022

 

Fee:

The fee is inclusive of the Masquerade Ball & Gala Dinner, all tuition, use of the swimming pool and spa, accommodation, breakfasts, two-course lunches, & three-course dinner.

 

Double Room for Single Occupancy: £695

Twin/Double Room: £595 per person (suitable for two sharers or a couple)

 

Deposit:

To secure your place a non-refundable deposit of £295 per person is payable, with the remainder of the fee to be paid by 15th November, 2021.  Email sarah@lifesong.co.uk to book your place.

 

Not included in the fee:

All alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, except for champagne on NYE.

COVID CONSIDERATIONS:

The Hotel will be following strict government guidance and social distancing rules, as will Sarah and Jane, throughout the retreat.

Should Covid regulations require the retreat to be cancelled all payments will be refunded.  We cannot offer refunds for any other reason.

Come and join Jane Morgan Jones and Sarah Warwick for a fabulous, relaxing, celebratory three-day New Year Retreat at the delightful Connaught Hotel & Spa in Bournemouth.

 

Celebrate in style at the Masquerade Ball & Gala Dinner at the hotel on New Year’s Eve.  This black-tie event will start with a champagne and canape reception, followed by a six-course gourmet gala dinner.  The evening will continue with music and dancing to herald in the New Year.

 

Our programme of workshops will include daily Zen/Yin and Nidra Yoga with Jane, and Sound Bathing, Singing and Creativity sessions with Sarah. All workshops are drop-in and require no previous experience.

 

Reflect on the year just gone, and welcome in the new year with renewed vision and vitality!  We will have full use of the spa, which includes an 18m indoor swimming pool with sun loungers, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, four spa treatment rooms, a fully equipped gym, and a relaxation lounge.

 

All the bedrooms are stylishly decorated and en suite, see below for more info.

We will have exclusive use of a spacious and beautiful workshop space for our time together.

 

All meals are included, with delicious two-course lunches, the Gala dinner, and three-course supper on 1st January, offering a blend of traditional and contemporary cuisine.

 

You will also have free time to unwind in the company of a fun, safe and supportive group, walk in the gardens or on the beach.

From grills and salads, to tapas and mouth-watering desserts, meals can be enjoyed in The Connaught Brasserie or alfresco on the terrace.  Vegetarian and vegan diets catered for.

Named after its magnificent azure blue swimming pool, Bluewater Spa is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Jane is a teacher of Zen and Yin yoga. Zen yoga  is based on the meridian healing system of the body which links postures to the body’s energy lines, while Yin yoga is slower paced allowing the body to unwind and soften. Jane also offers Yoga Nidra which is a deep, powerful and healing meditation.

Internationally acclaimed singer-songwriter and facilitator Sarah Warwick runs courses worldwide in sound healing, singing, therapeutic songwriting, and creativity. Her work is based on the premise that not only can we all sing, but that we are born with innate creativity, and that creative practices promote health, happiness and well-being. She brings both passion and aliveness to her work.
