Come and join Jane Morgan Jones and Sarah Warwick in the magical New Forest for a day of nurture and upliftment. We will have sessions of gentle yoga, healing sound baths and uplifting harmony singing, and a nourishing plant-based lunch.

10.00 am. The day will begin with a welcome herbal tea or coffee

10.30 am. A gentle Zen Yoga practice with the focus on breath work and heart-opening postures to free the voice

12.00 pm. Tea break

12.30 pm. Sing your heart out with beautiful inspiring harmony songs from around the world

1.45 pm. Healthy lunch

3 pm. More gorgeous harmony singing.

4 pm. A healing and restorative floor-based Yin Yoga practice working on Spring energies focusing on liver and gallbladder and the wood element, leading into a deep healing sound bath, and mantra singing

5.15 -5.30 pm tea/coffee and depart.
