Jane is a teacher of Zen and Yin yoga. Zen yoga  is based on the meridian healing system of the body which links postures to the body’s energy lines, while Yin yoga is slower paced allowing the body to unwind and soften. Jane also offers Yoga Nidra which is a deep, powerful and healing meditation.

Internationally acclaimed singer-songwriter and facilitator Sarah Warwick runs courses worldwide in sound healing, singing, therapeutic songwriting, and creativity. Her work is based on the premise that not only can we all sing, but that we are born with innate creativity, and that creative practices promote health, happiness and well-being. She brings both passion and aliveness to her work.
