End with a deeply relaxing and healing Nidra meditation.
There’s an option to add on a nutritious and nourishing plant-based lunch after the workshop.
It’s said practicing the Five Tibetan Rites will help you live a long, healthy, vigorous life similar to the Tibetan Monks.
The Five Tibetan Rites, also known as The Fountain of Youth and reported to be 2500 years old, are a series of 5 quick and simple Kriyas (cleansing practices/exercises)
The emphasis is on a continual sequence of movement focusing on flexibility in the spine.
Recent research has emerged suggesting that the flexibility of our spines predicts the flexibility of our arteries (to keep our arteries in a youthful state).
Practicing these Kriyas in the morning causes us to experience greater energy and leaves us feeling fresh for the rest of the day.
Each rite combines deep breathing and movement, they work in conjunction with one another.
The full practice brings a new rhythm into our lives.
Thought to work on energy centers within the body, they help restore the normal spin and vibrancy.
If done properly and with breath and intent, the rites can bring about great change in the body and mind.
The Five Tibetan Rites give these benefits:
Increased mobility and flexibility (improved strength & coordination)
Helping body and mind stay nimble (enhanced memory)
Increased energy and feelings of calmness
Increased mental clarity (emotional and mental health)
Greater spinal flexibility
Healthier digestion (detoxification)
Balancing the chakras (energy centers within the body)
Reversing the aging process
Relief from joint pain and arthritis
We looking forward to welcoming you to this beautiful space.
Thanks, Zoe and Jane
